This Sacred and Raucous Dance Ceremony is for anyone who wants to dance their heart out to music from around the world! Driving electronic beats move our bodies and shake away the nails that accumulate over time, leaving space for our soul to come through. Imagine the feeling of deep release and immense vitality flowing through you.
Where: The Medicine Lodge, a nature-centric healing space in Bloomington, Indiana.
When: Fridays 9-11pm

Honoring my teachers and their teachers -The original people and oldest culture in the world, Bushmen of the Kahlahari, believe that each injustice, each pain or grief filled moment, is a nail driven into our bodies. Over time, these nails build up and weaken us. In order to feel whole, to be present, and feel all the goodness in life we need to remove the nails! The Bushmen, along with many people around the world, literally shake the nails out of our bodies through movement and dance.
